I tried to cancel it via a representative (Dan) yesterday, but haven't received any response. Also, I tried to use chat yesterday to cancelmy order, but no one or bot ever responded/started the session l cannot find anyway to cancel the order by logging in and using my account.

I ordered a sectional in Aug of 22 was told 18 weeks. Received an email Nov 17, 2022 stating I will not receive my sectional until June of 2023.
I called, left a message, and tried chat but no one connected after 30 minutes. I can not hold all day I have a job. I understand they may be having issues but they must understand its holiday time and I do not have a sofa in my living room. Now we are not even getting a tree because you cant sit in there to enjoy it.
Anyway if they have issues thats fine but they need to return my money over 4K so that I can purchase a sofa else where. Ignoring customers like this seems very shady.
I would never use them again because they will not answer the phone email or chat. I guess they are trying to hold customers hostage now make us wait because they dont want to refund our money!
